Wedding content creators are not a replacement for professional photographers/videographers — we are an addition to your media team. We all work together to bring your vision to life. Content creation is meant to complement their work by providing a unique perspective that adds another layer to your wedding memories.

You’ll receive all the raw footage I capture within 24 hours and the edited footage within 48 hours of the wedding end time. You can use the short-form videos I capture to create reels of your own or simply cherish them as timeless keepsakes forever.

Once you fill out an inquiry form and share more details about your big day, we will email you and confirm whether your date is available. If Brenda is not personally available on your date we will share our team packages along with pricing & next steps on how to secure your date.

Once you are ready to move forward with booking, an agreement outlining our terms and deliverables will be drafted for all parties to sign. Once an agreement is sent to you your date will be held for 48 hours — if a signed agreement and a 50% retainer is not received within 48 hours, your date will be released and will become available for others who inquire.

While I am committed to capturing your day organically, as it unfolds, you’re welcome to share key moments or details you’d like for me to focus on. My approach is all about being in the moment and following the natural flow of the day — you can be present, enjoy each moment, and trust that I’ll capture all the magic as it unfolds!

We travel wherever your story takes us! Destination and/or international coverage is available with travel and accommodation fees determined based on event location and number of days needed for coverage.

Your investment is shared transparently throughout the booking process and no booking arrangements are done without the approval of all parties involved.

Investment will vary depending on multiple factors such as travel, parking etc. but can begin at $1,500 and go up to $3,000+. We’re happy to create a custom proposal based on your wedding location, coverage needs, and overall vision.

Gratuity is not included but always greatly appreciated! Suggested gratuity is 20% of total for services booked.
